General Information

All products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at Digby & Willoughby. Alternatively use our Contact Form for any Fabric or Furniture queries.


Cancellation Policy


Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Complete the Order” on the “Ordering Process” page. During processing it may be possible to cancel your order by emailing admin@digbyandwilloughby.com but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you may be able to return any unwanted items in accordance with our 7 days refund policy.


7 days Refund Policy


If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of the value of the product (subject to the exceptions below). All we require is that it arrives in its original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been adjusted in any way.

Orders placed by credit or debit card will only be refunded to the card used to originally make the purchase.


Exceptions to our returns policy


No refund or exchange will be available for fabric orders cut to length as these are classed as bespoke and are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.  It is recommended that you ask for a sample before ordering cut lengths of fabric.

We advise that you request a proof of return from your carrier or recorded delivery through the post office.


Samples

As we cannot accept any responsibility for colour and/or shade differences between the representations on the website, and the actual fabric, we suggest you order a sample of your required fabric. Samples do not qualify for a refund.


Returns policy


- All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer. It is strongly suggested that you order a sample before purchasing as per the paragraph above.
- When returning goods, the buyer must inform Digby and Willoughby prior to dispatching the said goods. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all items returned.
- Returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from the seller to confirm receipt as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Please note we do NOT accept returns of fabrics cut to order and recommend ordering samples prior to purchase of cut lengths.
- Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.
